The breakfast buffet offered a great choice. Freshly prepared food impressed me. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location right on the marina suited me well. Many restaurants were within walking distance.
Some areas looked a little dated.

the hotel's location was superb, right by the water! i appreciated the ease of access to the nearby attractions. registration of my vehicle for parking proved simple and straightforward. the inclusive breakfast contained a good variety of options, including some really good poached eggs.
the temperature control in my room was a little inconsistent at times.

the staff were very attentive, especially during the busy breakfast service, where they managed queues efficiently. a lady at check-in was particularly helpful and accommodating, allowing me to access my room before the standard check-in time.

the room had balcony doors and this kept the space cool. the bed was a wonderful comfort. the room was cleaned to a very high standard, with a fresh smell upon arrival, indicating a meticulous attention to detail.

the hotel bar has a relaxing atmosphere, it also provides a good selection of wines and lagers. the hotel provides on-site parking and easy registration. the hotel feels clean, tidy and very cute.

the tap on the sink wasn't clean. the heating was very noisy. i saw a slip mat rolled up to use in the bath. i don't like them.

The location was great. It had plenty of bars and places for food. The room temperature was under my control too. I got welcomed with a toasty room and could change settings as I wanted.
The staff did not listen when I complained about the parking fee.
